One Credit Card is a co-branded credit card issued by Scheduled commercial Banks/Financial Institutions in partnership with M/s OneConsumer Services Private Limited. The issuing Banks/Financial Institutions are BOBCARD, CSB Bank, Federal Bank, SBM Bank, South Indian Bank and Indian Bank.

Since launch, we have been adding new cities at a rapid pace, and from 3 cities in February 2020, we are now offering One Credit Card to residents of 66 cities .

Download the OneCard app from the Play Store or App Store and proceed to apply for One Credit Card. The entire process takes less than 5 minutes.

Yes, the One Credit Card is a contactless card. It means you can tap your card at a terminal to pay for transactions up to Rs. 5,000 without having to input the PIN. Currently this limit is applicable only in India and on those terminals which accept contactless payments.

In addition to your metal One Credit Card, there is a virtual rendition of the same card available for you in the OneCard App. This card is also a VISA/MasterCard/RuPay powered credit card so you can use it for any online or app-based transactions or purchases. The security parameters are set as per industry standards.

You will need to go through a verification process in order to change to your registered email address with One Credit Card. You can connect with us via the Help section in your OneCard app if you wish to proceed with the same.

If your One Credit Card is misplaced, you can lock it temporarily from the OneCard app. Once you find it, you can also reactivate it from the app.

In case your mobile phone or One Credit Card is lost or stolen, please report the theft to the police by lodging a First Information Report (FIR), and share a copy of that with us when requested. You should also let us know about this via email on help@getonecard.app

Ltd. and issued by IDFC FIRST Bank Ltd. It is a lifetime-free Credit Card with no joining and annual/ renewal fees. Card Membership is currently on an invite-only basis.

Yes, the sideways-WiFi symbol indicates that your OneCard is a contactless card. It means you can tap your card at a terminal to pay for transactions up to Rs.2,000 without having to input the PIN. Currently this limit is applicable only in India and only on those terminals which accept contactless payments.

OneCard has a robust Rewards program with attractive offers and conversion rates. Unlike typical credit cards, you get points on every spend - regardless of the transaction value, so no more rounding off and losing out. You can redeem points directly from the app, and even use them to pay off your purchases and bill payments.

The OneCard app is your key to managing your OneCard. So for your safety, in case you change your mobile number, or device, you will need to go through an authentication mechanism after you download the OneCard app on your phone. Your mobile number will be the primary contact for FPL to send you an OTP or transaction based SMS alert, so always ensure that your new mobile number is shared with us via phone or email at the earliest. This is also applicable for change of email id, since all other communications will be sent to this email id.

The OneCard App

You can control your One Credit Card entirely from the powerful OneCard mobile app, some of the actions being: - Set your app PIN Securely access your app so nobody can misuse it - Activate your OneCard You can begin using your OneCard once activated by scanning the QR code - Set your OneCard PIN Your OneCard PIN will be used to authenticate offline purchases at at ATMs - Create virtual cards [not in CUG] You can create virtual cards with different numbers for various merchants. No need to reveal your OneCard number - Manage spend limits for online merchants Set spend limits per merchant, like Netflix, Hotstar etc - Create and manage cards for your family [not in CUG] Set up add-on cards for your family members - Control your credit and cash withdrawal limits You can manage your credit and cash limits from the controls in the app - Enable online, domestic and international usage Control whether the card can be used in India or abroad, as well for online transactions - UPI transactions Choose whether to enable UPI transactions on your OneCard - Make credit card bill payments You can make your credit card payments directly from the app itself - Manage your virtual credit cards Create, manage and assign virtual credit cards for use at different merchant establishments online - Raise disputes or service queries on any aspect of your OneCard Facing any issue, have a query? We have ensured that you can do the above transactions only in a secure environment after you authenticate yourself with your preferred authentication mechanism (Fingerprint/PIN). As a Cardholder, you should be aware of the features and impact of these transactions as you would be responsible for your actions within the OneCard app.

In addition to the physical OneCard you will receive as part of onboarding, there is a Virtual rendition of the same card available for you in the OneCard app. This card is also a VISA powered Credit Card so you can use it for any online or app-based transactions or purchases. The security parameters are set as per industry standards. The combined available limit across all virtual cards will be as per your OneCard credit limit.

When you get your OneCard, it comes with a pre-assigned credit limit. From the OneCard app, you can increase it further up to the limit shown - no questions asked. If you wish to increase it beyond that limit, some additional documentation will be needed. From the app, tap on Support and select the option to request an increase in limit. You can upload the required documents from the app itself.

Using Your OneCard

Yes, the card is sent to you in a deactivated state for security reasons and to prevent any misuse. Please activate your OneCard to begin using it and enjoying all card benefits.

Activating your OneCard is easy. When you receive your card, the welcome kit contains a QR code. Simply scan the QR code with the OneCard app and you’re set.

Yes, your OneCard has an embedded microchip which is encrypted for enhanced security when you use the card at an ATM or at Merchant Establishments. When the card is inserted into the machine, you have to further authenticate the transaction with your OneCard PIN. The card conforms to ISO standards and the highest level of security.

You can set (and reset) your card PIN from the OneCard app itself. If changing it, remember to avoid a previously used PIN.

Most terminals now are CHIP and PIN enabled. Even so, your OneCard has a magnetic stripe on the reverse. In the rare case that a merchant terminal is not CHIP-enabled, your card can be swiped to complete the transaction.

The CVV Number (Card Verification Value) on your OneCard is a 3-digit number printed on the reverse of the card. It is required when making purchases online, as merchant websites are not allowed to store the CVV number. Never disclose or share the CVV with anyone else

TYour OneCard has a pre-assigned credit limit which is shown in the OneCard app. You can spend up to this limit both online and offline. The app lets you control the range of your spend limits across merchants.

Yes, you can. Along with a credit limit, your OneCard also has a pre-set Cash Withdrawal Limit, which is shown in the OneCard app. You can withdraw cash from any ATM worldwide which supports the VISA network. However, since credit cards are widely accepted everywhere, we would suggest that you do not use your credit card to withdraw cash, as interest and charges are levied from the date of withdrawal. Details of charges are mentioned in the Schedule of Charges, and are subject to change from time to time.

You can use your OneCard across all merchant categories except those specifically prohibited such as lottery, gambling and others mentioned in the Terms & Conditions.

When you provide your OneCard to make payment for an offline purchase, the merchant will, Dip your card at a PIN enabled POS terminal Input the amount payable by you The POS terminal will prompt for the PIN Input your 4 digit OneCard PIN on the POS terminal Remember to collect your card along with the transaction slip Ensure the card is inserted in the terminal in front of you, and input the PIN yourself. Do not simply hand over your card and/or verbally inform the PIN to the cashier/attendant. To use your OneCard online, Ensure it is a secure website that begins with https and not http Look for the lock icon in the address bar of the browser Avoid transactions on unknown or suspicious websites You can create a virtual OneCard from the app as an additional safety measure Avoid using your OneCard on potentially unsafe websites, computers, or WiFi connections, such as those at Internet Cafes, Public Hotspots, Airports, Hotels etc.

As stipulated by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), two factor authentication is compulsory for online transactions originating from websites/IVR merchants in India. The authentication is done using the Verified by VISA or MasterCard® SecureCode authentication service. It helps to protect you against online frauds by sending the OTP to your registered mobile number, which is presumed to be with you, the rightful owner of the phone and card. It is possible that on some non-Indian services/websites, the online transaction will be processed once you input the CVV, without requiring an OTP for further authentication. If the online transaction is prohibited as per regulations in India or is considered as high risk by FPL, such transactions will not be approved.

Billing and payment

Details of all your transactions are shown in the OneCard app. Just tap on the <> tab to view recent/all transactions.

You can view your statement in the OneCard app. You will also get a monthly statement via email, showing payments, transactions and charges, if you used the card in that period.

Yes, an interest-free credit period is provided for up to 48 days from the date FPL records the transaction. If you make part payments or pay only the Minimum Amount Due each month, there is no interest-free credit period.

Please refer to the Most Important Terms & Conditions (MITC) <link> for a sample illustration of how finance charges are calculated and levied.

When you get your OneCard statement, you can choose to pay either the full amount or pay just the Minimum Amount Due shown in the statement. The remaining balance can be carried forward to subsequent months. You can also pay an amount above the Minimum Amount Due. Make the payment before the Payment Due Date to avoid Late Payment Charges and any negative impact on your credit score.

You can repay outstanding dues directly from the OneCard app itself, via: - UPI: From any UPI handle linked to any bank account you have - NEFT: From any bank account via NEFT (National Electronic Funds Transfer) - Debit Card: From any bank’s debit card No cash or cheques accepted :)

In case of any query or a dispute on any transaction, please inform us via in-app chat or email within 30 days of receipt of the statement. FPL will assist you by providing information in relation to charges to the card account. We understand that it may impact your bill amount and so while we check, we will temporarily roll back the charges. Once details are verified, we shall either reverse the charges completely or apply them again. This would be resolved within a maximum of 60 days.
